Service Description

Energy performance certificates for existing domestic properties accurately produced within 48 hrs of site survey. EPC's are valid for a period of 10 years providing no alterations are made to the structure or services within the property. Choose either to pay online via Pay Pal or cash on the day. An EPC home survey usually lasts for approximately 45min - 1hr. The surveyor will require access to all rooms in the property, including (where applicable) Loft, Electric / Gas meters, Extensions, Conservatory, Rooms in roof etc. Please ensure someone of adult age is at the property when a survey is carried out. It would help if any information regarding modifications or extensions to the property I.e planning docs, boiler upgrades, double window docs, details of improvements to insulation etc. If these are available this will help improve the accuracy/evidence of the survey.
