Currently we are only supplying Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) within the London area. If you are outside this area please contact us for information.

Payment can be made on the day in cash/card or Online via the link provided on the invoice. EPC's are ONLY lodged with landmark and issued to all relevant parties following receipt of payment. 

Please Note:

This Energy Performance Certificate booking form is for existing residential properties ONLY. If you require Non-Domestic (Commercial) or New build residential EPC's, please seek an alternative provider.

Who is responsible for obtaining an EPC?

When you are selling or renting your property, you, as the seller or landlord must provide the EPC. The certificate is available and should be given to the prospective buyer or tenant prior to entering into a sale or lease agreement.

Can I market or rent the property before I receive the EPC?

As long as you have already ordered and paid for an EPC then you are permitted to put your property on the market or advertise it for renting purposes. We will make sure you receive confirmation of your order immediately after booking the EPC.
