Based in Elstree Hertfordshire, our services include; Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), tailor made floor-plans and 3D visualisations. Your Location EPC is managed and led by Richard who graduated with a 1st Class Hons in Mechanical Engineering and Design at Brunel University and has over 10 years experience as a building Engineer.

From 1st April 2018 private rented properties must be brought up to minimum energy efficiency level ( Band E ). This provision will make it unlawful to rent out a property that does not meet the minimum level of energy efficiency. This applies to New tenancies only.
